The Harry T. Moore Social Service Center was established in 1974 under a betterment project to provide social-recreational services and activities within the community. The Center serves as a One Stop Shop for information and referrals for local services provided by organizations, agencies, and businesses who provide various services to our citizens.

Additionally, the Center hosts several non-profit agencies who have satellite offices at the Center to bridge the gap in services locally. These tenant agencies provide an array of services ranging from counseling, job search, job training, housing services, homeless services, and more.
The Center aims to provide various social-recreational activities for the community throughout the year.
We are proud to introduce the Social Services Ad Hoc Committee, a dedicated group of community members working together to strengthen services at the Harry T. Moore Social Service Center.
Through collaboration and community insight, the committee plays a vital role in helping ensure that programs and services continue to meet the evolving needs of Titusville residents.
This committee is about listening to the community and turning those voices into action.
✨ We are excited to share that 11 community members are currently serving on the committee, bringing diverse perspectives, experiences, and a shared passion for making a positive impact.
Their work will help guide future decisions, enhance programming, and support meaningful improvements within the Center.
📌 We thank our committee members for their time, dedication, and commitment to our community!
