City Spotlight: Parks, Recreation & Golf

The City of Melbourne’s Parks, Recreation and Golf Department operates and maintains 5 community and civic centers, 2 golf courses, 3 pools, 42 parks comprising of 24 playgrounds, 2 football fields, 3 soccer fields, 10 baseball fields, 7 softball fields, 18 outdoor basketball courts and 25 tennis and pickleball courts. Our parks offer spaces that are well maintained and patrolled, which also provides a positive impact on the public safety of the community.
