June (Special Meeting)A TIF Application for 430 Brevard Avenue, submitted by The Framework Group for a large scale residential apartment development project was approved.  JulyCancelledAugustThe Agency approved a Commercial Facade Improvement Program (CFIP) grant application for an amount not to exceed $20,000 for the property located at 513 S Cocoa Blvd Ste D, Cocoa, FL 32922. Task Order 2026-16 for Kimley Horn under Continuing Services Agreement Q-23-01-COC-C2 was approved in the amount of $140,555 to complete the design of the T-Dock. SeptemberThe Agency approved development items which included a First Amendment to the CRA Redevelopment Project Agreement with 360 Hospitality Group, the Development Agreement, a Conceptual Development Plan for the future hotel at 603 Brevard Avenue, preliminary financial information, the Hotel Brand, Market Feasibility, and the Conceptual Development Plan.
