Seniors are more susceptible to heat-related illness and injury. As we age, our bodies become less efficient at regulating temperature. Seniors are more likely to suffer from heat stroke in the summer than younger people. Seniors and caregivers should keep the following tips from the Council on Aging in mind as the days get hotter this summer:
